Our focus during Cultural Week was Africa. After learning about how animals use their camoflauge to survive, we created animal patterns in art.

It was great fun learning all the different movements.

During Pens Down Day, we visited our Woodland Area. We used leaf rubbings to create our own fairytale beanstalk.

We visited Knebworth House to start our "Once Upon A Time" topic.

We took part in a story trail. Here we are waking through the Three Little Pig's hut!

We loved taking risks at the adventure play ground after lunch!

Happy birthday Redbourn Infants! We celebrated by making crowns, playing party games and eating birthday cake with our friends.

In Games, we have been learning to control the hockey ball.

During History, we became historians as we found out about Remembrance Day. We made our own poppies.

This week in English we have been reading poems. We created our own firework poems.

During Cultural Week we learnt about Africa. We located the seven continents and learnt a song to help us remember them.

We looked at some African baskets and had a go at weaving. It was great fun!
